On Hiatus

With the warm weather finally arriving, we are anxious to get back out into the garden. This time last year our ticket sales for the Flower Power Garden Tour were already ramping up and we could see that the tour was going to be a sell-out success story.

After an extremely well-received garden tour in June 2022, we had hoped for the tour to return this June. Unfortunately due to various circumstances we have put the tour on hiatus for this year with our plans already underway to return on Saturday, June 15, 2024.

The 2024 tour will also have new organizers. After many seasons of bringing the Flower Power Garden Tour to life, Debbie Macmillan of Macmillan Events has passed the trowel to Alison Love & Leigh-Ann Yanow from Spatula Media + Communications. Both Alison & Leigh-Ann have worked with Debbie for many years assisting with the tour in various capacities and although a few changes will be made as we head into 2024, the tour of beautiful gardens will absolutely continue.

We are currently actively seeking gardens for the tour in Kelowna and West Kelowna. Do you have a garden that could be a great addition for the tour? We like gardens of all sizes, big and small, full of flowers and landscaping, gardens that are more minimalist in style, gardens that are feeding a family, gardens made for relaxing and gardens that embrace native plants and are supporting the ecosystem. I guess we just love all gardens!
